KansasFest 2008 Registration - PDF Generator & Payment Form

Use this page to register for KansasFest. A completed registration form will be created for you at the end of the session. This is your receipt, of sorts. Your cancelled check or PayPal confirmation # finalizes it.

Please note: Sending a check or money order helps us keep costs down, but if you need to pay with PayPal, fill out this form and use the PayPal option at the very bottom of the window, first. When are done with PayPal, please copy and paste the transaction # you got into the box provided near the bottom of this screen and then press the "Create PDF" button.
